International Shipping Policy
Our international shipping policy aims to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order:
Responsibilities and Fees
1. Import Fees: As the recipient, you are responsible for all fees associated with importing, which may include brokerage, clearance, duty, and taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by you upon delivery.
2. Package Handling: Refused or undelivered international packages will be abandoned, and no refund or credit will be provided.
Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping Address: We will ship the products that you order to the address that you provide at checkout. Please ensure that all information is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
2. Customs Seizure: If, for any reason, the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a credit unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
3. Returned Packages: If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges and taxes incurred. If you choose to have the order re-shipped, a $50 international shipping fee will need to be paid before re-shipment.
