We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us immediately after receiving your order so that we may help to make things right.

Upon receipt of your order, please check your shipment carefully. All errors need to be reported within 2 days of receipt. If MyProtex has made an error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. We will refund or ship the item at our discretion; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that any products that have been WORN, WASHED, or USED are not eligible for refund or exchange. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.
