Returns & Exchanges: Our Policies
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so before ordering you’ll want to make sure that you’re confident in the sizing and style of your desired items. For items that are available in different sizes, we recommend measuring yourself prior to ordering to ensure you get the fit that’s best for you. Our customer service staff will also be happy to assist you with any sizing related questions you may have before placing your order.
Returns / Exchanges
We happily accept returns up to 30 days from day of purchase for items that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging, excluding custom products and final sale products. Our system does not allow exchanges, but we are able to help you place a new separate order after returning a product.
Check your shipment carefully when it arrives. Save all packing material and order receipts. If we have made an error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. We will refund or ship the item at our discretion.
- Please CONTACT US to begin the return process. It is helpful to have available your order number, and if defective, photos of the condition of products. Return orders are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which covers the cost of the return shipping.
- Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment (less original shipping costs and restocking fee). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
