Returns & Exchanges: Our Policies

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so before ordering you’ll want to make sure that you’re confident in the sizing and style of your desired items. For items that are available in different sizes, we recommend measuring yourself prior to ordering to ensure you get the fit that’s best for you. Our customer service staff will also be happy to assist you with any sizing related questions you may have before placing your order.

If after thoroughly measuring AND communicating with our staff, you happen to order an item that does not fit correctly, please send us an email (hello@myprotex.com) and we can discuss what options are available to you.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:

  1. Check your shipment carefully WHEN IT ARRIVES. Save all packing material and order receipts. All errors or concerns should be reported within 2 days of receipt. If we have made an error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. We will refund or ship the item at our discretion. 
  2. Please note that any products that have been WORN, WASHED, or USED in any way are not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes items that are SEALED. (Example, the #350 Bulky Cloth Diaper comes sealed in a package. Once you have torn it open, you cannot return/exchange that item.)
  3. Returns - If you feel your order qualifies for a return, please CONTACT US to begin the return process. It is helpful to have available your order number, the original packaging, and if defective, photos of the condition of products.  Returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee (which covers the return shipping label). 
  4. Exchanges - Please CONTACT US to exchange an item.  In most cases, we'll cover the shipping costs to return the original item and the replacement.
  5. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns are not accepted after 30 days. After that time, the product(s) is yours. No exchanges or refunds will be made.

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return. This includes items that have a RED SLASH mark on the product label. 

Please note that disposable diapers cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if a bag has not yet been opened. Custom orders are, under no circumstances, eligible for return or exchange.

Rubber Garments: These are heavier items, therefore an additional fee of $10 per rubber pant will be charged for a return label. 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:

If you wish to exchange a product simply set-up a return with us. Once we have the return process started, you may then place a NEW order for the preferred item.

When the product(s) you wish to exchange arrives back to us, we will inspect it thoroughly. If in unwashed/unused/unworn/unopened condition, you will receive a refund for the product(s) at that time.

Rubber Garments: Again, these are heavier items, therefore an additional fee of $10 per rubber pant will be charged for a return label back to us. 

"Rubber Garments" include:

  • Bulky Overnight Rubber pants
  • Overnight Long Rubber Bloomer pants
  • Comfort Rubber pants 
  • Low-Cut Comfort Rubber pants
