This is the BEST and FASTEST way to reach us! Emails are confidential over our secure server and are a great way to get answers about products or your order. You will receive a response within 12-24 hours (usually sooner).  


We have a new Customer Service Representative to take your calls and return voicemails. Jen is happy to assist you with questions and placing orders. However, she is still learning! Please be patient as she gets accustomed to our system. You may always leave a detailed voicemail on our secure line. This will help us be ready to assist you when we return your call. This is a private chat between you and our customer service representatives that allows you to ask questions or get clarifications on product specifics. The online chat does NOT know who you are: Please type in an order number or product name if you are looking for specific answers. You will receive a response within 12-24 hours (usually sooner).



  • Have a list of the products you'd like to order.
  • If you do not know which product would be best for you, that's OK! We are experienced at listening to customers' needs and choosing appropriate products. 
  • Know your size based on the size chart of the product: Each of our products has it's own unique size chart. You will find these in the product descriptions. 
  • If you need to measure yourself, please do so before calling; waist and hip sizes are very helpful, as are leg measurements (around the thickest part of your thigh). 
  • Don't have a measuring tape? That's OK! Find a string that is long enough to go around your waist or hips, then lay the string flat against a ruler. 
  • Decide on your payment method. Money Orders are accepted, but your package will not be shipped until the money order arrives here to us (plan on about a week delay). 
  • Paying by credit card? Have your card ready. Our system does NOT save customer credit cards, only your mailing address info. This is to make re-orders quicker. 
  • Know your email address. If you choose to share your email with us, we are able to send you 1) an order confirmation, 2) shipping confirmation with tracking numbers, and 3) order delivery confirmation.
  • If you do not want any OTHER marketing emails from us, that's OK! Please tell us, we can un-check the box so you ONLY receive order-related emails.
