PROTEX SHIPPING POLICIES

After payment is received, please allow 12-24 hours for us to process your order. If you need your order quickly, please follow up with us via email (protexforlife@myprotex.com), or a phone call/voicemail at 210-201-2164. You may also TEXT US at the same phone number.

Orders leave for shipment WEEKDAYS at 10 am CST, so any orders placed after that will be shipped the following business day. If you have shared an email address with us, we will send a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships with a tracking number. Please save all shipping and packing materials in case there is a problem with your order. 

When paying via MONEY ORDER, items will be shipped AFTER we have received the money order for the correct amount. Please note that after 7 business days, we will restock your items if we have still not received payment.

Any order over $60 qualifies for free shipping. However, when shipping is free, MYPROTEX.COM will choose the ship method: UPS or USPS. 

How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at hello@myprotex.com. Please be aware if you contact us outside of normal business hours, we may not be able to make any changes.

I want my shipment to be discreet. 

Our packing consists of white bubble mailers and plain brown boxes. There are no markings on either. Our return address on the label is simply "PM" with our address below. If privacy is a concern, please contact us directly (email, call, or text (210) 201-2164) BEFORE placing your order. That way we can ensure that on our end, we are as discreet as possible. 

What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?

If your address is entered incorrectly, USPS/DHL will be unable to deliver your parcel. We will need to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and upon arrival, a refund will be issued for your order minus shipping costs. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship only to United States and Canada, no other destinations. Existing Canadian customers please call to place an order (210) 201-2164.

Will you make an exception? 

No - we cannot support any international shipping at this time due to the delays from shipping carriers.

Why is International shipping not an option?

PRIVACY IS NOT GUARANTEED: If your order is being shipped outside the US, the contents of your parcel will be listed on the shipping label. This is required to clear customs. Myprotex.com has no control over this. 

DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED: Excessive and unexpected delays with shipping carriers can cause your order to reach you up to 3 months after placing the order. Myprotex.com has no control over this.

CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL: When your package arrives, you may be required to pay import or customs fees that are unpredictable and expensive. Myprotex.com has no control over this.
