GENERAL PROTEX SHIPPING POLICIES
After payment is received, please allow 12-24 hours for us to process your order. If you need your order quickly, please follow up with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or a phone call/voicemail at 210-201-2164. You may also TEXT US at the same phone number.
Orders leave for shipment WEEKDAYS at 10 am CST, so any orders placed after that will be shipped the following business day. If you have shared an email address with us, we will send a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships with a tracking number. When paying via MONEY ORDER, items will be shipped AFTER we have received the money order for the correct amount. Please note that after 7 business days, we will restock your items if we have still not received payment.
Any order shipping to the contiguous United States over $60 qualifies for free shipping. USA Free Shipping Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Minor Outlying Islands. PLEASE NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii customers may be asked to fill out the International Shipping agreement, as shipping costs are generally higher and returns/exchanges are difficult. Please call us to learn more about the Shipping Agreement Form.
When shipping is free, MYPROTEX.COM will choose the ship method: UPS or USPS.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at email@example.com. Please be aware if you contact us outside of normal business hours, we may not be able to make any changes.
I want my shipment to be discreet.
Our packing consists of white bubble mailers and plain brown boxes. There are no markings on either. Our return address on the label is simply "PM" with our address below. If privacy is a concern, please contact us directly (email, call, or text (210) 201-2164) BEFORE placing your order. That way we can ensure that on our end, we are as discreet as possible.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping US Postal Service (First Class Package or Priority Mail), the ship time is 2-5 business days.
Shipping via UPS varies depending on where you live. Please visit the UPS website for a map. CLICK HERE for UPS page on ship times.
Remember, we ship Monday-Friday until 10 AM (central standard time). So if you place an order on Friday at noon, your order will not ship until Monday morning. We would love to be able to ship more often but as we are a small business, with families, and this is the best we can do. Please be patient, we are doing the best we can! :-)
Can I ship my order to someone else?
No. This is considered a third-party. If the third party were to damage the products or want to return/exchange products, we would not be able to handle that with them as they were not the paying customer. Please verify your shipping and billing addresses when checking out, as we are not responsible for any mishaps that may happen when shipping to another location.
What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?
If your address is entered incorrectly, USPS/DHL will be unable to deliver your parcel. We will need to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and upon arrival, a refund will be issued for your order minus shipping costs.

Please choose the UPS option for shipping. Then, email us, chat us, AND leave a voicemail. That way we can pack your order quickly and accomodate the best we can.
