Shipping Policies

Any order shipping to the contiguous United States over $60 qualifies for free shipping. When shipping is free, MYPROTEX.COM will choose the ship method: UPS or USPS. 

USA Free Shipping Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Minor Outlying Islands. PLEASE NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii customers may be asked to fill out the International Shipping agreement, as shipping costs are generally higher and returns/exchanges are difficult. How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at hello@myprotex.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will be able to accomodate your changes. Once the order has left our warehouse, changes cannot be made. 

Will your packaging reveal the contents?  

Our packing consists of white bubble mailers and plain brown boxes. There are no markings on either. Our return address on the label is simply "PM" with our address below. No logos or wording is on our outer packaging. Inner packaging includes a flyer with our logo and maybe white tissue paper.

When will my order arrive? 

Shipping US Postal Service (First Class Package or Priority Mail), the ship time is 3-5 business days after leaving our facility. 

Shipping via UPS varies depending on where you live, but is usually 2-4 days after leaving our facility. Please visit the UPS website for a map. CLICK HERE for UPS page on ship times.

Can I ship my order to someone else? 

No. This is considered a third-party. If the third party were to damage the products or want to return/exchange products, we would not be able to handle that with them as they were not the paying customer. Please verify your shipping and billing addresses when checking out, as we are not responsible for any mishaps that may happen when shipping to another location.

What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?

If your address is entered incorrectly, the carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel. The parcel will be shipped back to us. (Returned to sender) Then for us to re-ship your order, a new shipping label must be created and paid for. This cost falls on the customer.
