Sorry, because of the personalization of a custom order, these items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Extended Sizing: 

Although we carry XS-2XL in many of our plastic covers, it is also possible to custom order sizes 3XS, 2XS, 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL.

    Snap-On/Off Covers:

    Any pant can be turned into a Snap Cover. Adding this option turns any of the above covers into a SNAP-ON pant, with 4 vertical snaps down the front of both hips (smaller sizes only have 3 vertical snaps on each hip). 

    Leave pant snapped to pull-on then UN-SNAP for easy removal.

    XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL: $58.95 each


    Flannel-Lined plastic covers:

    Flannel-lined pants come with UNCOVERED waist and leg elastics. (This is a similar style to our Brooks pants.) Flannel can be on the inside ONLY. Choose your vinyl color/print and flannel color.

    S, M, L:  $42.95 each
    XL, 2XL, 3XL: $49.95 each
    4XL, 5XL: $54.95 each

    Flannel color options: white, light yellow, light pink, or light blue (Sorry, prints have been discontinued by the manufacturer.)

    • Milky White 4 or 7 gauge (Frosty Clear 8 Gauge has been discontinued)
    • Pastel Pink, Blue, or Lemon (4 gauge only)

    Other custom additions: 

    • Increasing elastic size to 1" - Add $4.00 per pant
    • Changing elastic color from white to black - Add $4.00 per pant
    • Adding lace to the legs or waist (lace color options: white, black, red, yellow, mint green, orange, peach, purple, pastel pink, pastel blue, or lilac) - Lace on Legs: Add $10.00 per pant - Lace on Waist: Add $10.00 per pant.

    White terry-cloth fabric lining instead of flannel - Pricing per pant:

    3XS, 2XS, XS: $35.95 each
    S, M, L:  $42.95 each
    XL, 2XL, 3XL: $49.95 each

    Call us at 210-201-2164 OR email us at hello@myprotex.com. Helpful things to know before calling are your size, your color/fabric choices, and features you would like added. 

    Ordering 6 or more of the same item? Please let us know. This qualifies you for a bulk discount. There is a flat additional fee of $10 for all custom orders. 

    What happens next? 

    After you have placed your custom order, we will send you an invoice with the total cost for your custom pant(s), including shipping charges. Once you have submitted the payment, we will place the order with the manufacturer.

    Manufacturing time for custom orders is usually 7-8 WEEKS maximum. Custom orders are hand-made in the U.S.A. by Gary Manufacturing. Once we have the item, it is held only for you and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped, with a tracking number.
