These diaper shirts provide support and hold things in place. Also hides the "diaper peek-a-boo" when you squat down or bend over. 

Crotch area has a 4-snap closure. Can be used as an undershirt OR an everyday t-shirt. 

Material:  95% cotton +5% spandex to give a bit of stretch
