This pant is extremely similar to the Protex Smoothie Pant, with uncovered elastic on the inside, gathered vinyl on the outside. Vinyl is super-smooth and .4 mL but still durable.
Material is CRYSTAL CLEAR PVC PLASTIC and does have a "CRINKLE" sound to it.
